Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Edge Finder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Edge Finder is a sports analytics application that provides:

• Player and team statistics for NFL, NBA, and MLB
• Betting odds information from multiple sportsbooks
• Pro analysis and insights
• Prop bet research tools

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using Edge Finder, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to view sports betting information.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial

• New users receive 5 free player profile views per 4-hour window
• No payment information is required for the free trial

Pro Subscription

• Price: $19.99 per month (USD)
• Billed monthly through your Apple ID account
• Payment charged upon confirmation of purchase

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings

Refunds

• All payments are processed by Apple
• Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly
• We cannot process refunds for App Store purchases

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Resell or redistribute App content
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with the App's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others

• Sports statistics are provided by third-party data sources
• Betting odds are subject to change without notice
• Analysis is for informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information

No Financial Advice

• Edge Finder does NOT provide financial, investment, or gambling advice
• All betting decisions are made at your own risk
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• We are not responsible for any losses incurred from betting decisions

"As Is" Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from betting or wagering activities
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

Gambling Responsibility

Edge Finder provides sports statistics and analysis solely for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not:

• Operate a sportsbook
• Accept or facilitate bets
• Guarantee winning outcomes
• Encourage gambling

Know the Laws

Sports betting laws vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with local laws regarding sports betting in your area.

Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality are owned by Top Floor Visions
• The Edge Finder name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Sports data is provided under license from third-party providers

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms
• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
